Questions
How do I get my licence key?
After checkout, the next page shows your key and it arrives by email. Open the hub, press PRO at the top, choose I have a licence key and paste it.
Do my students need accounts?
No. Students play on the board, or answer with printed cards. Nothing about your students is sent to us.
Does it work offline?
The hub saves your data in the browser. Most tools keep working when the internet drops. The desktop version runs the whole hub on your computer, with phones joining over the classroom Wi-Fi, Voice Command and offline AI. About the desktop version.
Can I pay in Chinese yuan or with WeChat Pay?
Checkout offers the payment methods available in your country. In mainland China that includes WeChat Pay when you check out on a computer.
Can my school pay by invoice?
Yes. Email [email protected] with the school name and the number of teachers.
